You may make an online payment by clicking the PayPal link below. Payment is $30.00 for a two year membership. As an option, you can select $60.00 if you wish to pay for two memberships. You do NOT need a personal PayPal account to utilize the PayPal option. Debit/Credit cards may be used. An auto-generated receipt will be sent to your email address. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the receipt. If you use PayPal for payment you must complete the Membership Application Form located on the Membership page. Send the completed form via email to usmcdisbursers@hotmail.com or to the snail mail address on the form. If you are unable to scan the form to send by email then transcribe the data and send by email.
