PAYMENT OPTIONS
New Members
You may make an online payment by clicking the PayPal link below. Payment is $30.00 for a two year membership. As an option, you can select $60.00 if you wish to pay for two memberships. You do NOT need a personal PayPal account to utilize the PayPal option. Debit/Credit cards may be used. An auto-generated receipt will be sent to your email address. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the receipt. If you use PayPal for payment you must complete the Membership Application Form located on the Membership page. Send the completed form via email to usmcdisbursers@hotmail.com or to the snail mail address on the form. If you are unable to scan the form to send by email then transcribe the data and send by email.
If you choose not to use online payment, you may pay by check or money order. Complete the membership application Form located on the Membership page. Mail the completed form and payment to the address on the form. The check or money order should be made payable to "MCDA"
You will receive a renewal notice in the mail a month prior to your membership expiration date.
Renewal Members

Scholarship Donations
Your generous donation will help fund our Education Assistance Program. You may make a donation by clicking the link below. When you click the button you will be taken to the MCDA PayPal site.
